Adrian Phillips is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA from INSEAD and MSC in computer science. His career started as a commissioned officer in the British army before transitioning into a successful career in industry. He is a highly experienced business leader with over 26 years of experience in the global oil & gas industry, working across all major markets (Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia and Middle East).

He has held senior roles at giants Honeywell, GE Oil & Gas, Aker Solutions, TechnipFMC and first cut his teeth in the Middle East running a process skid facility in Jebel Ali, UAE.

As Regional Managing Director of Energy Business Catalyst (EBC), Adrian provides specialist advice and bridgehead support to companies making their first move into Middle East markets.

Adrian is a Fellow and Chairman of the Society of Underwater Technology (SUT) in the Middle East and has been operating in the region for the last 10 years.

Experienced commercial diving professional with over 25 years of industry experience.

Previous roles have included diver, diving supervisor, project manager, operations manager, and HM Inspector of Health and Safety (Diving Specialist) for the UK’s Health and Safety Executive.

Currently working for IMCA as a Technical Advisor (Diving), writing international diving safety guidance and auditing diving contractors around the world.

Having completed his education in electrical engineering, Safal quickly made his mark in the field by working on complex cable and equipment projects related to power management and control systems. His passion for exploring the depths of the ocean led him to dive into the world of ROV’s and unmanned subsea systems.

Safal's expertise lies in designing, developing, and optimizing electrical systems, ensuring seamless communication and power management in challenging underwater environments. With an eye for detail and a deep understanding of the technical aspects, Safal has successfully contributed to numerous projects in the subsea industry.

His dedication to innovation and continuous learning enables him to stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in the field. Safal is an invaluable asset to any team aiming to push the boundaries of subsea exploration and automation.

Capt V Seva a Singaporean National, who went to sea at age 17 rising up to through the ranks to Master Mariner on chemical tankers in Singapore. He made a career change and pursued a Commercial Diver Certification becoming a qualified commercial diver at age 27. In 1997, He joined SMIT Salvage Singapore as a Salvage Diver, rising up the ranks very quickly to Salvage Master at age 36.

After a 10 year tenure with SMIT Salvage Singapore (Far East), from 2007 to 2014, he further broadens his horizon with various international salvage organization such as SVITZER Salvage, BISSO Marine, and T&T Bisso, having been based and operating from Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East in the capacity of Senior Salvage Master, Project Manager, and Regional Operations Manager.
