Rakesh Bangera has been associated with Unique Group for over 12 years and currently oversees all sales activities for its Marine & Subsea and Buoyancy & Load Testing solutions. He successfully introduced heavy load testing activities in the Middle East through the Group's Water Weights brand. With a key focus on sustainability, he is working closely working with Unique Group's principals to introduce new technologies in offshore windmills to customers here in the Middle East. This also includes supplying turnkey solutions such as mass flow excavation, cable laying, commercial diving and survey – all as an integrated solution. With past sea-going experience, he also specialises in electronics and hydraulics.

Khamis Juma Buamim holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Economics - United Kingdom and the National Administration degree in Crises Management and incident Command - United States of America and the Highaccreditation on international human resources management (IPM) & a Credited executive in Mergers, acquisitions and transformation including corporate restructuring, finance and growth.

Capt. Deepak Singh is a Master Mariner by qualification. After acquiring sailing experience on ocean going cargo vessels and on offshore support vessels serving the offshore Oil and Gas industry, he quit sailing in 2007. Since 2007 he has been working in the UAE as Marine Consultant/Principal Surveyor with leading MWS Firms like LOC, Noble Denton and DNVGL. Since 2015 he joined the Aries group as Chief Operating Officer for the Survey division. He has been involved in several heavy lift loadouts and transportations over the last 15 years with the heaviest being the 13,500 MTs+ MOPU. He has also approved several high value oceans to wages of MODUs and FPSOs. He is also an accredited inspector with the OVID program from OCIMF.

Jovana Sokolovic is Head of Innovation and Marketing for SmartDives, underwater commercial diving equipment manufacturer. At SmartDives, Ms. Sokolovic is responsible for strategy and innovation, digitalization and marketing. Prior to SmartDives, Ms. Sokolovic was a global Marketing Operations Manager at Proserv. She has an extensive background fostering transformative business models, sales growth strategies and driving the core business internationally. She holds a Bachelor of Criminology from The Academy of Criminalistic and Police Studies of Serbia.

Chris joined ABS in London in 2008 as part of ABS’s Graduate Surveyor program. After training rotations in Houston, Chris went on to spend 6 years in South Korea focusing on MODU New Construction projects. Chris then spent 3 years in Japan, after which he became the Principal Surveyor-in-Charge of ABS’s Aberdeen Operations. After a short spell in Houston working on Strategic Projects, Chris moved to his current role of Director of Business Development (Middle East and Africa) in February 2020; based in Dubai. Chris has a Bachelors in Marine Technology from the University of Plymouth, a Masters in Project Management specializing in Oil and Gas from the University of Liverpool, and has also completed Post Graduate courses in Strategic Operations Management and Artificial Intelligence with the University of Copenhagen and the University of Oxford, respectively. Chris is married with twin 4-year old sons and enjoys anything that involves the ocean.

Capt. Nikhil Saxena, Master Mariner and serves as Marine Consultant/ Surveyor with Inchcape Marine Survey & Inspection, Lloyds Agency representative for Dubai, UAE. Having over 19 years of experience in the marine industry which includes 17 years at sea, serving in various ranks up to Master before joining Marine Survey & Inspection team of Inchcape, Dubai in 2015. An active marine consultant / surveyor in the field, experienced in all aspects of chartering, on-hire/off-hire, Cargo insurance surveys & Pre-purchase surveys. Has acted as Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS) and risk assessments, document reviews and on site attendance for various project cargo load outs on heavy lift vessels and barge shipments for various high profile projects. Holding a UK Master Mariners unlimited license and has been in a management role and has sound knowledge of the maritime industry, shipboard operations, Chartering, auditing, surveying and is well versed with the international maritime regulations. Also equipped with an MBA in Marketing. In addition, associated member of the International Institute of Marine Surveying, and is also an Associate Fellow of the Nautical Institute. An experienced maritime professional with wide global exposure and experience of working at sea as well onshore, with good understanding of the maritime conventions and regulations in the international arena. Possessing operational experience on-board the vessels, with specific working knowledge of charter party, surveys, inspections and training of the seafarer, confident individual and have the aspiration to be a part of a team which delivers high quality of conducts, strongly believing that hands on experience in maritime domain, maritime safety training and vessel management.
